Artwork is sold 'as is'. The buyer to accept artwork in its current condition. 
Ownership of Artwork shall transfer from the Artist to the buyer only upon receipt of full and final payment. 
The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the work. The sale of the physical piece does not include transfer of intellectual property.
